3290233 - SC vendor maintained in contract delivery address is not considered by MRP. 

Symptom

The 'Supplier' and 'SC supp' flag have been maintained in Delivery address of the contract.
The contract is set as source of supply for the material.
However, the field 'Supplier' (EMLIF) and 'SC supp' flag(LBLKZ) under Delivery address tag are not filled automatically in the PR by MRP.
