Unable to find Concurrent Employment (Secondary assignment) when try to share a Canvas report.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. An user has Concurrent Employment (Secondary assignment). For example:
    108733pcoburn108733
    103100pcoburn-1108733
  2. Only the primary assignment will be found in the report sharing option:



  3. Is not possible to find the second assignment:

Resolution

This is an expected behavior.
An employee may have several Concurrent Employments, but only one primary assignment. The primary assignment will be the only one who can be found in the report sharing option.
