3290513 - Supplier is unable to login to Ariba Network

Symptom

Supplier tries to login their Ariba Network account and gets ANERR ERROR.

Ariba Network Support team checks ANERR# error and see the following error:

java.lang.IllegalStateException at ariba.network.common.aceoextensions.ACEOUtilities.ensureOne(ACEOUtilities.java:1069)
at ariba.network.common.aceoextensions.ACEOUtilities.objectMatchingKeyAndValue(ACEOUtilities.java:1099)
