3290574 - Duplicate Employee Organization Assignment Under Org Unit

If you go to Org Structures work center and open the "123" org., you can find duplicated employees assigned under Employees facet.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Organization Management work center.
2. Open the Org Structures work center view.
3. Search for Org. ID "123".
4. Open it and go to Employee facet.
5. Filter the Employee column to the duplicated entry.
6. You can see the same employee appearing twice.

This is happening because customer should increase the message severity for the respective error message in Business Configuration or org. structure set up.

To change the message severity, go to:

1. Business Configuration work center.
2. Overview.
3. Search for "Perform Organizational Structure Setup".
4. Under Messages open the "Message Severity Configuration".
5. Change the option "Non-Primary Employee &1 is already assigned to org unit &2 from &3 to &4" to "Error".

Important: Before increasing the error message severity: attention, you have to remove the duplicate assignments then because the next change of employee assignments will then prohibit saving because the org unit employee assignment becomes inconsistent.
