If a child requisition is filled, does the number of openings in the Evergreen Requisition get reduced?

As of now, no. The Number of Openings is specific to each job requisition, so the Child Requisition's reduction on the Number of Openings will not affect the Evergreen Requisition even if the child requisition is closed.
