Symptom
- When SSL is enabled, ASE does not display the correct datetime when server certificate file has a large validity value.
- SSL connection works without any problem, for example:
(Sample of output in ASE error log)
00:0006:00000:00012:2023/01/12 12:00:12.34 kernel SSL Certificate '/opt/sybase/ASE-16_0/certificates/SYBASE.crt' with validity from 'Jan 12 2023 3:20AM ' up to 'Jan 1 1900 12:00AM' is loaded successfully.
or
00:0006:00000:00011:2023/01/12 19:08:48.01 kernel SSL Certificate '/opt/sybase/ASE-16_0/certificates/SYBASE.crt' with validity from 'Jan 13 2023 3:07AM' up to 'Jan 1 3919 6:03AM' is loaded successfully.
