3290734 - Display material availability(IWBK) in Change Maintenance Order app not showing correctly

Symptom

When checking material availability via "display material availability(IWBK)" in app "Change Maintenance Order", the availability check is not showing the expected results.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open Change Maintenance Order app
  2. Enter order number and Continue
  3. Access Display Material Availability(IWBK) from "You can also"
  4. The results listed are incorrect

Cause

Expected system behavior.

Display Material Availability(IWBK) does not list the actual availability check. It lists the result of the previous availability check.

Resolution

Please perform ATP check with Schedule Material Availability Check app in order to get the latest material stock.
