3290794 - Restrictions for Advanced Valuation in Financial Accounting Jobs in SAP S/4 HANA Cloud

You want to use any of the following job templates of Advanced Valuation in Financial Accounting in SAP/S/4 HANA Cloud, also called Advanced Valuation Runs in the Schedule General Ledger Jobs app:

• Advanced Foreign Currency Valuation job template

• Discounting of Long-Term Assets and Liabilities job template 

• Post Credit-Risk-Based Impairment job template

• Post B/S Reclassification job template

Please note the following restrictions:

• When you use the Post Credit-Risk-Based Impairment job template, there is no posting and reporting of utilization of loss-allowances.

• For CZ the local restriction note 3218115 SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2208, Local Versions: Release Restriction Note applies.

• Advanced Foreign Currency Valuation does not consider postings generated by the Accruals Management functions build on the Accrual Engine

• Post Discounting of Long-Term Assets & Liabilities does not consider postings generated by the Accruals Management functions build on the Accrual Engine

• Advanced Valuation in Financial Accounting jobs do not process any fields and data templates added using Custom Fields for Journal Entries Used in G/L Accounting.

• Documents from treasury management are excluded from advanced valuation because treasury management uses its own valuation solution.
