3290808 - Special procurement type 40 'Stock transfer (proc.from alter.plant)' is not available.

There is no special procurement type 40 available as default for stock transfer from plant to plant.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

In S/4HANA Cloud, currently there is only one plant activated per country by default.
Thus if delivering a special procurement type for stock transfer from plant to plant, it is impossible to give a source plant in content since it will cause activation error. 

Although the special procurement type 40 is not delivered by default, it is supported by standard.
Go to SSCUI: 101111 (Define Special Procurement Type) to create a new special procurement type like 40 for stock transfer from plant to plant.
