3291011 - SRT 404 error: HTTP error: ("HTTP Code 404: Not Found) , Business Partner information blank in Contract accounts view.

Symptom

SRT 404 error: HTTP error: ("HTTP Code 404: Not Found), BP information blank in Contract accounts view.

Environment

Cloud for Customer.

Reproducing the Issue

  • Go to your Cloud for customer tenant.
  • Go to the Utilities work center.
  • Open the Contract Accounts view contract ID 'XXXXX' and you will see error SRT: HTTP error: ("HTTP Code 404: Not Found - Details see in error log of transaction SRTUTIL").
  • To check in Web Service Message Monitor.

1.Turn on the trace in Web Service Message Monitor.

2.Repeat the steps above with opening the contract 'XXXXX'.

3.Open the web service message monitor and check the latest message service interface to latest Web Service Message.

4. Go to the error context and you can see the target path is missing.  <TARGET_PATH>/</TARGET_PATH>.

 

Cause

The endpoint is missing from the outbound message meaning the endpoint is missing from the relevant communication arrangement.

Resolution

 Add the correct endpoint to the relevant communication arrangement.
