3291077 - Error NiPGetHostByName: '<hostname>' not found: getaddrinfo during saphostagent registration in SLD

Symptom

SAPHostagent SLD Registration is failing with these message errors below. These errors are found in outsidediscovery.log file after enable trace level 3.
