3291310 - Date squares are empty on compliance forms - Onboarding

The form have the alignment of squares and inside of each squares goes the date, however, the form is being displayed with the squares as empty and the date under the fields.

This is an expected behavior of the compliance forms.

Due to limitations with the way that Date information is both gathered and populated on the forms, the best solution was simply to populate it in the field underneath the Date section for All Forms that have "squares or rectangles" for individual date population. This is still a compliant e-Signature (either via ClickToSign or DocuSign).
