3291366 - Flexible Workflow not triggered if the document number lenght is <10 digit

Symptom

  • When PR number less than 10 digits number then the approval workflow is not trigged and cannot find the workflow log by SWI1.
  • In Manage Purchase Contracts or Scheduling Agreement app, checking Approval Details tab shows "automatically approval" step while the workflow log shows that workitem is pending for a user/approver.
