3291376 - Pay component not flowing correctly to Manage Pending Hires - Onboarding

Currency field is not flowing properly to Manage Pending Hires - for some fields it goes as ID and others it goes as external code.

Key type.

As the panel configuration the field is a BizX Picklist, the key in data dictionary should be the same - Picklist type. 

For best practices we should use the same key type.
