3291422 - Unable to Mention or Tag Users using in Microsoft Edge browser

• not always able to tag all the required Jam users in a post when using the Microsoft Edge browser.
• when selecting the user to tag nothing happens

SAP Jam Collaboration

1.  Customer logs in to their Jam.
2. Goes to any group and its invite page.
3. Searches for any user by typing does a few letters of the name.
4. Waits for the search auto-suggestions to be shown.
5. Tries to select any user from the auto-suggestions, but the user does not get selected.

a feature need to be enabled for the company in the backend

• The solution is to enable a beta_feature called dropdown_mousedown_event_clob_2008 for the customer. 
• This is done by the SAP Jam engineering team and require to contact Support
