Reproducing the Issue

  1. Admin Center
  2. Recruiting
  3. Job Requisition
  4. Top of the Job requisition Dashboard there are some default statistics

Resolution

There are 5 statistics that are calculated by default:

These statistics are based on the user who has been proxied.

Candidates Forwarded : This gives the count of the candidates that has been forwarded in the job requisition. This counts remains constant irrespective if you visit the job requisition and view the candidates. This count will increase / decrease based on the job requisition status open/close.

New Candidates : This gives the count of  the candidates that has newly been added to the job requisition.  This count will increase / decrease based on the job requisition status, and by viewing the candidate application.

Current External Requisitions : This gives the count of the no. of job requisitions posted externally. This count will increase / decrease by removing the externally posted job requisition.

Current Internal Requisitions : This gives the count of the no. of job requisitions posted internally. This count will increase / decrease by removing the internally posted job requisition.

Average Days Open : This give the average count of number of days the job requisition has been in the open status.
