Symptom

Deploying or starting after restaging a Java application on Cloud Foundry gives error:

ERR Unrecognized VM option 'UseContainerCpuShares'
ERR Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
ERR Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.

Additionally the SAP Java Buildpack version can be seen to be at least 1.64.1, for example:

sap_java_buildpack 1.64.1
