3291626 - Error DIM-00097: User name or password is invalid - NetWeaver

• SWPM fails to creates Oracle Database service, Oracle VSS Writer service, and Oracle Scheduler service by oradim.
  
  
• In sapinst_dev.log there are below warning and error.

  Execution of the command "<drive>:\oracle\<SID>\<database version>\bin\oradim -NEW -SID <SID> -STARTMODE manual -SRVCSTART system" finished with return code 97. Output: 
  Enter password for Oracle service user: DIM-00097: User name or password is invalid.

  ERROR      <date><time> (hostname\user)  (startInstallation) [iaxxbjsmod.cpp:83] id=ind-rel.ind-os.ora.badReturnCode errno=CJS-00095
  Error return code. DETAILS: Return code 97 of executable <drive>:\oracle\<SID>\<database version>\bin\oradim indicates an error. SOLUTION: For more information, see log file oradim.log.

• In oradim.log you can find below information.
  Enter password for Oracle service user: DIM-00097: User name or password is invalid. 
  
  
• The password of Oracle Home User account is correct but it is not same as the master password in SWPM.
