3291738 - Error KD331 obtained while performing settlement using app 'Run Settlement Projects - Actual (Collective)'.

Symptom

Error 'Specify a ledger for settlement' obtained while running settlement in app 'Run Settlement Projects - Actual (Collective)'.

Environment

SAP S/4 Hana Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the app 'Run Settlement Projects - Actual (Collective)'.
  2. Enter the selection variant.
  3. Enter the Settlement Period, Fiscal Year and select the processing type and click on 'Test Run/ Run'.
  4. Error Obtained : 'Specify a ledger for settlement'.

Cause

The Ledger is not specified and the selection variant is created after the CE2105 release.

Resolution

For variants created after the CE2105 release, it is required to specify the ledger while performing the settlement. If the variant is created after the release, it is required to perform settlement for every ledger separately.
