3291759 - Reminder notification is not sent to the initiator in their default locale

Reminder notification is sent to the initiator if 'Include Workflow Initiator in Workflow Reminders' checkbox is checked in the  job 'Workflow Action Reminder'. In this case the initiator is added as a CC in the notification that is sent to the approver.

As the initiator is CC in the reminder notification sent to the approver, the initiator receives the email notification in the default locale of the approver which may differ from the initiator's default locale.

• This is currently an expected behavior
• The notification is being sent to the approver, hence the approver's language is used. The initiator is included in this email itself as CC, hence they receive the same notification in the language of the approver
