3291794 - " Unable to load Chart:{0} " error message appears when opening the Explorer mode in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• When trying to open Explorer mode in SAC story error appears: "Unable to load the chart: (0)".
• The following information can be seen in the Console tab in Developer tools:"Assertion failed : xxx Dimension not found!!"
• Even though the error message appears, the data is being displayed properly.

• SAP Analytics Cloud 
• LIVE Data Connection

1. Access SAC;
2. Open the affected story;
3. Go to Explorer mode;
4. Notice the error message: 'Unable to load the chart'

Missing read access permission to the connection.
