3291794 - " Unable to load Chart:\{0\} " error message appears when opening the Explorer mode in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Symptom

  • When trying to open Explorer mode in SAC story error appears: "Unable to load the chart: (0)".
  • The following information can be seen in the Console tab in Developer tools:"Assertion failed : xxx Dimension not found!!"
  • Even though the error message appears, the data is being displayed properly.
