3291860 - Ticket Interactions via Odata API

Symptom

You need to find the appropriate Entity in Email Activity for Odata to get the whole email thread / interactions for a particular ticket.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Resolution

All the interactions for a ticket can be fetched using the below oData api.  The emails can be filtered based on type code as 39.

https://myxxxxx.crm.ondemand.com/sap/c4c/odata/v1/servicerequestinteraction/ServiceRequestInteractionTicketCollection('XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX')/ServiceRequestInteractionInteractions/

The UUID for the ticket needs to be provided.
