Symptom

Unable to complete the E-Signature Tasks.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login as candidate
  2. Complete the E-signature Tasks
  3. Error will show
  4. Error: An error occurred. Please contact your system administrator. 

Cause

Missing permission.

Resolution

Grant the mentioned permission below.

Onboarding or Offboarding Object Permissions > Process > View and Edit access.
