3292000 - View Change History in RBP pages taking a long time to open

• in Manage Permission Groups page the View History summary option for certain group is not working as expected
• the View History summary is taking a very long time to open sometimes over 3 min

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. open Manage Permission groups
2. click take Action on a group
3. select View change history
4. it is taking a long time for the pop up to appear (sometimes over 3 min)

Too many records for the group change history 

• This is expected behavior when there is too many records for the group change history 
• If there is a need to clear the history for certain group please
  • raise a case with Support under LOD-SF-PLT-RBP
  • Support will contact Engineering to run a script to clear the history
  • please provide customer approval and which RBP group that need their history cleared
