Integration Center (IC) job upserting EmpEmploymentTermination entity failing with the error:

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Create an Inbound or SF to SF IC job upserting data in EmpEmploymentTermination entity;
2. Run the IC job;

There may be an issue with the Position Hierarchy adoption that is used to execute synchronously during termination.

In Admin Center > Company System and Logo Settings select the checkbox Enable Centralized Services for Termination Details and save (refer to Centralized Services for Employee Data Imports chapter).
