3292039 - Goal not translated for non English languages - Goal Management

When using the system in languages other than English the word "Goal" is not translated and this is reflected in the Goal tab and add goal button.

SuccessFactors Goal Management

Provisioning setting is set to change Goal into Goal as in the screenshot below.

The user language to access the system is any other than English and notice that the word Goal is not translated.

This is the system expected behavior, translations only take place when is Objective is being used instead of Goal, so the provisioning option would be Change Goal into: Objective

The Change Goal into: Goal in provisioning is not recommended as the translations will not work, this has to be changed to Objective and if you wish to see Objective as Goal in the Instance, you can achieve this through Text Replacement.

As a customer you do not have access to Provisioning, so if you are facing this issue, please reach out to your Implementation Partner or if you are no longer working with an Implementation Partner, please raise a Support Ticket to modify this setting in provisioning.
