Symptom
State/Province/Region fields in Address questions in buyer-facing questionnaires weren't prepopulated with existing region values in some cases. The issue occurred when an internal recipient filling out an external registration questionnaire on behalf of a supplier in an internal registration opened a questionnaire for a supplier with an existing ERP region code from an extended address answer in the supplier request.
