3292113 - ERP(MM)-TM Order Integration (side-car): No XML message generated after MM order creation

Symptom

  • Users are using SAP ERP or S/4HANA instances to integrate with a side-car Business Suite TM or S/4HANA TM instances.
  • Users have defined 'Activate Transfer of Purchasing Documents' and 'TM Control Key'.
  • After MM order is created, in TM Status tab, 'TM Control Key' is determined correctly but no TM OTR is displayed.
  • In SXI_MONITOR or SRT_MONI, no message of interface POP_TransportationRequestSUITERequest_Out is found.
