3292134 - Some interactions in email are not received and captured in Message Center - Recruiting Management

Symptom

When the recruiter initiates email via Contact Candidate or Send Email button in Application, the email is received by the candidate. When the candidate or recruiter responded to the email using their MS Outlook or other Email application, this is not received by the recipient or captured in Message Center.

Resolution

The sender may have removed/deleted some of the part of the email that is important in capturing the data like CorrespondenceCode or  ~~~~~ Important: Please add your response above this line ~~~~~. They should just type their message and avoid altering the information or text in the email.

Also, keep the your response to simple text. Avoid adding Email Signature that contains images or highly formatted text that is not supported by the Richtext Editor in Message Center.
