3292249 - Property 'http://javax.xml.XMLConstants/property/accessExternalSchema' is not recognized after upgrading to SAP Commerce 2211

Symptom

When trying to upgrade SAP Commerce from 2105 to 2211, we get the following error while doing system update as below:
