3292313 - Record Working Time Delete Icon

Symptom

  • Employee are unable to delete time entries
  • What permission is needed to enable employee can delete Time sheet entry

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Sheet
  • SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login as employee or proxy as an employee
  2. Click on My Time Sheet
  3. Record entry with a given time type 
  4. Save 
  5. Delete option is not available

Cause

  • missing permission for the employee Role 

Resolution

  1. Select the permission roles assigned to the employees under Manage permission Roles 
  2. Time Management Object Permission -->Employee Time Sheet.Time Sheet Entry (Employee Time Sheet Entry)† 
  3. Provide the Delete Permission , save .
