3292321 - Onboarding future dated hire is not visible in the action search bar in home page - Onboarding

Once the onboardee is moved from Manage pending Hire and when the hire date is future dated. We are not able to view the Onbordee in action search as inactive users in home page search bar.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Process the candidate normally via Onboarding 
2. Candidate lands in manage pending hires
3. Future effective date is selected and candidate submitted
4. Candidate does not appears in search bar "Search for actions or people"

• The future dated Onboarding users are not part of the action search bar in the Home page
• The inactive users can be access via employee file -> Search for employee name -> Include inactive user in search
