3292438 - Fiori My Inbox Performance issue with long running role work approval

Symptom

  • Bad performance for FIORI MyInbox application connectivity (OData).
  • Approving role work item takes a long time (maximum delay).
  • FIORI gateway HUB is connecting from Cloud to Frontend Server on Premise (SRM).
  • HTTPWatch trace shows no issues but  very slow metadata load (10-20-30 second wait times for taskprocessing calls).
