SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Global information section is not visible to user completing new hire data review
2. Global information section is not visible in personal data collection step
3. OninIt rule exists in Manage Business Configuration > GlobalInfo_DEU (or any country GlobalInfo)
4. Global Info is not enabled in Personal Data Collection and user completing NHDR does not have permissions to Global Info section.
5. Therefore rule is trying to trigger and causing error.

1. Change onboarding context to No for onboarding for the rule so it will not trigger in onboarding.
2. In manage business configuration > globalInfo_DEU (example) > RULENAME > Details > Onboarding change to No
3. If system will not allow to change onboarding context to No, please edit the rule ID condition similar to last scenario in this blog so rule is not triggered in onboarding
4. Or as per attached condition so rule is skipped in NHDR also
