Question 1 -  Delete Function on Manage Purchase Order App

Question 2 - Is it possible to see drafts created by other users (How can I see all drafts for PO’s in the system)

Question 3 - In Manage Purchase Orders there is a filter field called Status. One of these status appears with the text 'Draft', what is its meaning?
