3292531 - Not able to select template when creating a group in SAP Jam

Symptom

While creating a Group on Jam, there is no template available to select on the template dropdown. 

“Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.”

Environment

SAP Jam Collaboration

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Groups
  2. Click on Create a Group
  3. In Template dropdown there is no template available to select

Resolution

If you have the Basic Edition, this is expected behavior. Basic Edition does not offer pre-delivered group templates.
