3292594 - Size limit on the total policies object for the Site

Symptom

We can't update email templates on Site by using endpoint accounts.getPolicies.

The same template works or not depending on the apiKey that we use.

We tried to update templates with two different methods from API, accounts.setPolicies and accounts.policies.emailTemplates.setConfig, and getting the same results for both:
