Symptom

How to hide some available fields in search results > Field Chooser？

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

1. Learning Administration > Manage People > User > press Search

2. Field Chooser > want to hide some available fields here, for example, email address field.

Resolution

You need to edit search selector and set property 'searchResultColumns.xxxxx.enabled=false'.

e.g. Go to Learning Administration > System Admin > Configuration > Search Selectors > Edit 'User' search selector >set 'searchResultColumns.emailAddr.enabled=false' > Apply Changes
