3292614 - Talent Flag icons are not rendering in Succession Org Chart

In Succession Org Chart, under Display Options, Talent Flag icons (like Risk of Loss, Impact of Loss) are not rendering successfully.

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Org Chart

1. Go to Succession > Succession Org Chart;
2. Open the Display Options (eye icon);
3. Talent Flag icons do not render successfully:

If all icons were correctly configured in the Org Chart XML and picklist values are correct in Admin Center (check the WIKI Succession Org Chart - How to configure Icons?), cause may be linked to missing Talent Flag icons table in database.

Missing Talent Flag icons table in database can be fixed via script. To complete this task is necessary to engage Operations Team, who will run the script and insert the missing table for your instance.

Before opening a request with Product Support to request Operations Team to run the script, please make sure your configuration meet all following criteria:

1. Icons are correctly configured in Org Chart XML (check WIKI Succession Org Chart - How to configure Icons?)
2. Picklists associated to the Talent Flags are also correctly configured (check KBA 2377769 - Talent Flag icons not showing for users in Succession Org Chart)
3. Error Message "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()" is found in browser console.
   • In the Succession Org Chart > Display Options page, open the browser's "Developer Tools", and under "Console" tab check if error message is displayed for the icons:
     
     

If all is true for your instance, please open a request with Product Support showing evidence of the items listed above.
