3292625 - Competencies Are Not Showing on Performance Forms Depending on Which User Launches Them

Symptom

Competencies are not showing on performance forms for some users while others launch the performance forms and all competencies can be seen.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. User A launches performance form
  2. Home dropdown > Performance
  3. Select performance form
  4. Competencies are not displayed on the performance form
  5. User B launches performance form
  6. Home dropdown > Performance
  7. Select performance form
  8. Competencies are visible on the performance form

Cause

The JPB migration wasn't completed so the legacy job code value is still being recognized by the system.

Resolution

  1. Run the Check Tool to identify any errors and correct them
  2. Complete all steps related to the JPB migration listed in Capabilities & Job Profile - Wiki Resource Page

Workaround: From the example above, launch the forms as user B so all competencies can be seen in the forms while the migration is completed.
