This KBA explains how to generate the Change Audit log for Time Events.

As of the 1H 2025 release, the Time Recording Change Document can also be used to generate audit log directly from the time sheet UI.

Auditing of time events is possible via the Change Audit Log, which is provided in standard and can be generated as a CSV file.

1. Please enable the Personal Data Audit in Manage Audit Configuration.
   
2. Select "Create Personal Data Report" from Change Audit Reports.
   
3. Select Person Search and define the report for the user and time period as needed, then press the Submit button.
   
4. Then navigate to Access Reports under Change Audit Reports to retrieve the log if there are time event changes.
