3292665 - Receiver SOAP Adapter is not accepting the dynamic operation name.

Symptom

The SOAP receiver adapter in Cloud Integration fails to honor the dynamically specified operation name. A value set in a message header or property to determine the runtime operation is ignored. Consequently, the adapter defaults to executing the operation defined in its static configuration, leading to incorrect endpoint calls.
