3292666 - What's the status of the transported object in target system when transporting by transaction AUTH_SWITCH_OBJECTS?

There is a dialog box showing message: "This step transports the inactive(saved) version of the activated authorization object for reasons of security. If the objects have been transported to the target system. you need to activate the deactivated authorization objects there(choose Authorization objects -> Activate data in this transaction)." when transporting object by tcode AUTH_SWITCH_OBJECTS.

If object A is active in target system, after transporting object A, will it be deactivated in target system and need to activate it in target system again?
