• Old Timesheet-Status Not Getting Cancelled once replaced with New Timesheet

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Sheet
• SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

1. Record Time sheet of the employee for a week and submit
2. Approve time sheet : Trace External code 97b43dfb7f744fbfb31c079e1267f98e (Original)
   
3. Make amendment to any day recording of that week
4. Submit Time sheet again for approval

1. Once amendments have been approved, approval status of the original time sheet will be updated to 'Cancelled' and Replaced By' filled with the external code of the amendment time sheet.
   i.e. Once you resubmitted a time sheet for approval:
   • If you replaced a time sheet that had already been approved, the original time sheet is cancelled when the amended time sheet is approved.
2. This means once amendment Employee Time sheet Trace External Code 0325cdd9076544138c16668eb0249d35  is Approved ,
   then the Original Time Sheet (replaces )  External code  97b43dfb7f744fbfb31c079e1267f98e  will be set to cancelled !!
