3292836 - Survey: Calculate Answer Based on the Answers Provided to Other Questions

How to get the option to select previously maintained questions as operand for a calculation in a survey question.

SAP Cloud for Customer

All question types involved for the calculation have to be of type amount, quantity, or numeric question.

For already maintained questions to appear as operand for use in a calculation these have to also by of amount, quantity, or numeric question type.

1. Go to the Surveys work centre view
2. Create a survey or edit an existing survey
3. Go to the Design facet
4. Create at least one question of type amount, quantity, or numeric question
5. Create another question of type amount, quantity, or numeric question 
6. Select 'Derivation Method'= Calculated
7. Enter mandatory data as needed

The operand will show a group and previously maintained questions of type amount, quantity, or numeric that do not have the derivation method set as calculated.
In Satisfaction surveys, calculated questions will be hidden by default.
