Symptom

In SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA that is integrated with SAP Business Network for Supply Chain using SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network, when a buyer created a quality notification for an inspection lot, the quality notification failed in SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network with the following error:

Quality Notification document contains invalid reference document info under ItemInfo
