Symptom

During the change of user status the issue occurs:

Status &statusName is not allowed (REC Company code/contract number)
Message no. BS043
Diagnosis
User status '&statusName' has reference number 10. In the current object status 'REC company code/contract number' the reference number of a status must be at least 20.
