3292953 - Communication errors occur in context with BEx Web 7.X and the Broadcaster after implementation of security patch 3268093

When executing Broadcaster settings you get a communication error. You might see a more generic error e.g. also in RSRD_LOG. However, the  the dev_jrfc.trc log of the J2EE shows one or all of below entries:
'Bean RSWR_PREEXECUTION_PROXY not found on host ...'
'Bean RSWR_RFC_SERVICE_TEST not found on host ...'
'Bean RSRD_MAP_TO_PORTAL_USERS not found on host  ...'

Web Template Validation failed due Java to ABAP communication problem (return code:ERSBOLAP018)
Call ABAP->Java for function RSWR_RFC_SERVICE_TEST failed for destination '...'
Call ABAP->Java for function RSRD_MAP_TO_PORTAL_USERS failed for destination '...'

Below error might be shown initially when running BEx Web 7.X reports. This doesn´t happen in all cases:
"Java system error. An Unknown Error Occurred During Portal Communication"

When validating/saving a web template in the Web Application Designer 7.X, you get below validation errors:
"Parameter EXPORT_LAYOUT of Object item:TEMPLATE_PARAMETERS:TEMPLATE_PARAMETERS unknown to the system"
"Itemtype PAGE_BREAK_ITEM of Object item:PAGE_BREAK_ITEM:<... any custom name...> not known"
