3293129 - Onboarding admin unable to view candidate details in the dashboard - Onboarding

Some candidate’s First Name and Last Name are not displaying on the Onboarding Dashboard.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Proxy as the affected Onboarding Admin
2. Navigate to Onboarding Dashboard
3. See that the New Hire's First Name and Last Name are not showing for some onbordees

This is due to permissions configuration.

Relevant permissions:

• Manage User > Employee Export
• Metadata Framework > Admin Access to MDF OData API
  
  
• These permissions should be granted for a role that has target population of All External Onboarding users and All Employees. If the permissions are granted from permissions roles with restricted target population they could can cause visibility issues in the onb dashboard.
  
  
• If the logged-in user is granted the Employee Export permission in one role, then the Employee Export permission must also be granted for any other roles that include the ONB2Process object.

Important:

1. Enable these permissions only for Administrators. Do not grant these permissions to Hiring Managers or Onboarding Participants. 
2. Ensure these permissions are not enabled for Hiring Managers or Onboarding Participants through any other roles.
