3293129 - Onboarding Admin cannot see the New Hire's details in the Onboarding Dashboard - Onboarding

Candidate's First Name and Last Name are not showing in the Onboarding Dashboard.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Proxy as the affected Onboarding Admin
2. Navigate to Onboarding Dashboard
3. See that the New Hire's First Name and Last Name are not showing

Missing permission.

• Provide the mentioned permissions below:
  • Manage User > Employee Export
  • Metadata Framework > Admin Access to MDF OData API 

• If Logged user granted to Employee export permission in one of the Role, then Employee export permission is needed for other role as well (roles with ONB2Process Object).

   

  The dashboard will show records as per ONB2process object granted Target population. Other Admin Role should not be granted permission for ONB2Process Object.

   

  The behavior is by design and may be hard to understand.

Please note enable this permission only for the Administrator. Do not enable this permission for the Hiring Manager/Onboarding Participant. Ensure that this permission is not enabled for Hiring Managers/Onboarding Participants from any other roles.
