3293139 - SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) - Salesforce Acquired Connection

• When a new import model is created via “User Predefined Model”, the Data being represented with technical id’s instead of actual data in SalesForce.

• SAP Analytics Cloud 

1. Create a connection 
2. Creating a SAC Model using the Salesforce Connection
3. Select Source Report from Salesforce
4. Below we observed that for each of the dimensions, the ID is showing as ‘0’ Members
5. Imported data in the SAC Model
6. ID field mapping from Sales Force contains ID of date object. 
7. In modeler Data Foundation is populated with object ID instead of date (data is being stored in Description)
8. Unable to modify the data type of the date field at the model level.

1. This is a product limitation that Dev is aware of and is currently on their roadmap to be address, but there is no timeframe for when it could be accomplished.
